About bb.q Chicken Burbank
The bb.q in our name stands for "Best of the Best Quality", and that's exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken🍗 is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you've tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It's a tremendous amount of work, but it's all worth it when you take that first bite.

This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Our online order from BBQ Chicken was a great experience! 🍗✨ We ordered the Golden Original and Soy Garlic Chicken, and both were freshly cooked, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Our order was ready right when we arrived, making pickup quick and hassle-free. The mouthwatering aroma on the drive home had everyone excited to eat! 🤤 Best of all, the flavors were a hit with the whole family, even the kids loved them. It’s a great spot for a family meal with kid-friendly options everyone can enjoy. We’ll definitely be ordering again! ❤️

I've been to Korea and had Korean fried chicken there, and I'm telling you right now, the secret sauce chicken is the most amazing fried chicken I've had in my life. Forget Gus's fried chicken or Popeye's or anyone else. This is the best by far. Sure the chicken pieces are small like in Korea but animals half chicken at $17 is a bargain these days. I'm telling you what, if more people knew about this place with secret sauce, the entire population of the US would go nuts and this place would open ten thousand franchises in every city.

There are many locations of bbq chicken. I tried a couple places and this one was pretty good. Kimchi fried rice was tasty and flavorful. Fried chicken with spicy sauce on top was delicious as well. Atmosphere and service were good.

1⭐️ — Terrible experience We had a really bad experience here. Other places were busy, but we chose this spot because we were craving chicken — big mistake. We ordered the “Original” and “Secret Sauce” chicken, and even though the place was empty, the food took forever. When it finally arrived, the chicken was clearly spoiled. The smell and taste were awful — unmistakably rotten. We told the staff, and they said the manager wasn’t there but promised a refund. Instead of actually processing it, they just gave us a regular receipt. We still haven’t received our money back. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place completely ruined our mood. I still feel sick thinking about that bite of spoiled chicken. Avoid this place.

I was rooting so hard for this place. I had so many good meals from here specifically because I caught another location skimming the food from the rice bowls to the chicken. They were cutting off pieces of the wings I assume for the bowls. This location completely skimmed me on my bowl the last time I was here. You can see the bowl is nearly empty and they tried to make it look full in the center. Every time I’ve gone the bowls were heavy and nearly filled to the brim. In the last photo was the time before that I went where the bowl was FILLED. What a scam.
